In 2016, Khavar Band was formed in Beirut, Lebanon with a mission to create experimental death metal that fully embodies the meaning of our name - total darkness. Our music is characterized by intense, atmospheric soundscapes, complex rhythms and otherworldly vocals. We draw from a range of influences, from classical music to black metal, and strive to push the limits of what is possible within the genre.
